Close to the ocean, clean, comfy, on a quiet st. Chuburna Puerto, Yucatan
A beautiful white house located on a convenient location! 200 steps (meters) aprox. from the ocean and some steps away from the main Chuburna Road.
House is on a quiet street, you easily can walk through safe roads, walkable distance to the ocean.
Vacation house offers:
Upper Level: two huge bedrooms, each with spacious full bathrooms, A/C. Hammocks rings. 2 beds in each bedroom. One big bedroom downstairs with a/c and full bathroom.
Bedrooms have tall antique doors which offers a splendid breeze and view.
A spacious terrace awaits for you to appreciate sunshine and sunsets!
Lower Level: a big dinning/kitchen area, bathroom in the pool area; Kitchen is equipped with useful appliances such as: refrigerator, gas stove (4burners), microwave, blender, toaster, utensils, pots and pans. Set of plates, tableware and glasses for 4.
Also a lower terrace/porch in which you can hang several hammocks and enjoy the breeze. Outdoor kitchen. Big cement/tile sland located in the porch with sink, countertops and enough electric outlets to use.
A big grill by the pool!
Wireless INTERNET connection.
WATER HEATER! Don't worry is you like warm water for showers. Brand new boiler installed.
Property is fenced. Space for two cars.
A big and deep pool! (small pool attached).
The whole house has built with fine mexican touches.
Also... Chuburna Puerto is close to the colonial city of Merida (30 mins away) in which you can enjoy more about the its culture, dances, beautiful old buildings, food, etc.
Cenotes! (Sinkholes) are close enough to go and enjoy, you are going to be impresssed!
Ruins: Mayan Ruins close, since small ones to Huge ones.
