Mansion Merida is a real gem. The converted mansion is so lovely, they serve a great breakfast in the central courtyard and our room was very comfortable. The staff is the perfect mix of professional, attentive and friendly - they scheduled tours and made us feel right at home. The owner, Raul, is very hands on and greeted guests every day. The location on a cute square just a block from the cathedral square and two from the Park Santa Lucia is central to the city sites. We lived Mansion Merida and hope to visit again.

The hotel was beautiful and the service the best I’ve ever had . The owner made sure we were taken care. Breakfast was included and it was delicious . Even on our tour day and airport day they packed us a lunch box because kitchen opens at 8’am .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mansion Merida, the hotel is beautiful, and the customer is outstanding. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and an AC that worked great! The bathroom had good quality toiletries as well as a mosquito repellent spray. We were greeted with drinks and a fruit basket in our room. The owner came to say hi one day while we were having breakfast which it was a nice personal touch.

The hotel is a beautiful architectural style and beautifully decorated.The staff is excellent, very courteous. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a lot of variety.The owner Don Raul welcomed us personally to the mansion of his great grandfather. We felt that we were staying not in a hotel but in a beautiful mansion. For sure we will recommend this boutique hotel to our family and friends.

Celebrating Our Anniversary

The hotel was beautiful in a very convenient location that was walkable and in the middle of everything. The hotel was impeccable and the staff was top notch from check in to breakfast to valet to turn down service. I love the general open area for sitting. It was wonderful to start off with a hearty breakfast for our adventures of the day!
