This property is older, not well maintained. The rooms do not lock properly, not secure at all. No TV. Poor to no internet service. The food was disappointing and expensive. Go into town to eat, I do not advise bringing food to cook in the units.

A revoir l'évacuation des eaux usées. ..car une odeur pestilentielle dans les chambres. ..à revoir aussi un traitement contre les moustiques car le soir venu impossible de dîner en terrasse. Par contre une plage magnifique et deserte avec un ponton de toute beauté

We liked the place, except the beach, they need to do something about the flies because is very difficult to enjoy walking at the beach with bugs. The road needs to be fixed also, the villas as they called them, the bathroom faucet on the sink was not working at all, inconvenient. They have potential but it needs some TLC.

Great Beach, ok hotel

We arrived to our room, only for it to have the ac and fan broken and got switched to a different room, that wasn’t prepared to have guests, so it was a little dirty. Place feels a little run down, but the staff are friendly. The only plus is the beach that is nice and isolated, making it great if you have kids and children.

La playa casi no tiene gente por lo que es increíble sentir que es solo tuya, en momentos solo eres tu y los animales (pelícanos, pajaros pequeños) e insectos. La piscina y áreas comunes bien cuidadas, los cuartos aunque en diseño iguales, son distintos en detalles como la sobre cama, el tipo de muebles que tienen, gavetas de cocina, o si tiene mosquiteros en la terraza o no. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo llevar algo de alimentos para hacer alguna comida en el depto. (hay refrigerador, según el cuarto puede estar bien o no tanto) pues está a unos 4 km aprox del pueblo y el restaurante del hotel es un poco caro en mi opinión (el desayuno incluido es muy bueno, con jugo o café, fruta, huevos o crepas (depende del día lo que se ofrece) Solo hay que tener en cuenta que tanta naturaleza hace que haya insectos llevar repelente es obligatorio. Para nosotros es un lugar muy bonito que nos ha gustado visitar.

No pudimos hospedarnos porque no había nadie en la recepción. Ni un guardia, absolutamente nadie. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento y esta ubicado super lejos del poblado. Por suerte el transporte nos esperó y pudimos volver en el mismo.

Die Anlage ist schön und der Strand einsam und nahezu unberührt. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Die Gebäude haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, sind aber ok. Die Zimmer werden nur jeden zweiten Tag sauber gemacht, was kein Problem wäre, hätte man wenigstens einen Besen zur Hand um den Sand raus zu fegen. Keinerlei Garten/Strandmöbel am Haus. Die größte Katastrophe ist das Restaurant, es gab ungefähr gar nichts, also z.B. Keine Cola... nur Horchata zum Frühstück und die Rühreier angeblich nicht ohne Fleischeinlage.... das Ambiente, nicht vorhanden. Deshalb alles nur ok. Die Lage wie gesagt hervorragend !

El hotel esta a 7 kms. del pueblo de Celestun. La amabilidad no es una de las características del personal. El desayuno es horroroso. No limpiaron la habitación en los dos días que estuve.
