Such a nice, luxurious place to spend time. The included breakfast is limited to one section of the menu. The place is kid friendly so there was a lot of activity by the pool.
Rooms were great but a little more attention could be paid to the cleaning lots of dust on the beautiful wooden doors and detail the staff was excellent very friendly and helpful amenities well normally the coffee in the room and they had it that was great but the first day there was no water so I had to buy a bottle of water about 60 pesos. Overall the place was awesome the pool was beautiful perfect temperature bar downstairs you can have cocktails by the pool we might skip the breakfast.
Very kind staff. Great for families, large and pleasant pool and garden, good food at the restaurant, very close to Uxmal site and the town of Muna. I recommend it for its value.
This resort itâs amazing, if you want to disconnect from the rest of the world then this is the place, surround it by nature, love it, by the way food is awesome and very tasty especially the local dishes. Five stars âïž
Hotel was nice but is a little dated the staff is really nice and extremely friendly and helpful.
The restaurant has a nice selection of food and drinks and offers breakfast lunch and dinner. The pool is nice and clean well maintained. I would recommend staying here specially if youâre visiting the ruins nearby.
This is a nice hotel, and the best part is that itâs located next to the Uxmal archaeological site. Our room actually had an amazing view to the pyramids. Itâs clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but definitely recommended
Close to the pyramid and choco story. Nice pool and service provided at pool side.

Educated staff but not friendly....limited restaurant hours of operation, pool needs more cleaning, but isolated location so is very very silent, a must to relax. A great bunch of Archeological sites nearby....Uxmal, Sayil, Kabah, LabnĂĄ and so on....great experience on this sites
The hotel is really nice, quiet and the views are amazing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Close distance to Uxmal site and other archaeological sites. The staff very friendly, gave us good recommendations for our holidays. We had a 30 min massage which I highly recommend. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations and I highly recommend it.
grounds were nice , wonderful view, great sitting areas, wonderful friendly staff, great location for the ruins. Don't fall for the free breakfast scam!!
Unfortunate how unfriendly most of the staff are. The rest of the experience was wonderful. The pool are area were so nice. Location was great. Man at the front desk really dislikes people and shows it.

Could be better with some care and a new cook.
Place is clean and largely quiet with large rooms, nice balconies and a lovely pool area. But it screws up the small things. The toilet in my room required several flushes, the sink faucet needed an aerator, and there were no chairs or hammocks (or other appropriate furniture) for the balcony. But the biggest problem is the restaurant. I've had better cooking in a middle school cafeteria. As there isn't a lot else open after 5 pm in the area, you're stuck with bad food.

We had stopped by earlier than their check in time to see if we could check in before hand and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. She asked our names, looked at a sheet of paper and said the room wasn't ready. Which was fine. We walked around the place which seemed uncared for and deserted and left until we could check in, figuring it was just after noon and everyone was elsewhere. When we returned to check in the fellow at the front desk said there was no reservation for us after he looked at our passports. I showed him the Expedia notification that said we were booked and he gave us a surly answer and said no reservation. We didn't want to argue the point so we left and found other accommodations. We didn't feel at all welcome and there was still nobody around. The place was empty. Maybe they didn't want the bother of 2 people when nobody else was there?
The room was large, and we could see the top of the main pyramid at Uxmal from our balcony. The facility is quite close to the archaeological site, only about 3 or 4 minutes by car. And although we arrived kind of late (8:30), we were able to get dinner in the restaurant which closed at 9:00. That's the good news. The bad news is that the place has a "seen better days" ambience, and there was a visible layer of dust throughout our room. There was a pair of underwear hanging in the shower from a previous guest, suggesting that the cleanup service is not all that attentive. The food we had in the restaurant was easily the worst meal we've had in 8 days on this trip, coming in at a little below what one would expect from a typical, greasy American diner. I've had better meals from the frozen food section. After our visit to the ruins, we returned to shower before hitting the road, but the electricity was out, and apparently their water supply depends on an electric pump because there was no running water either. This is a great location, and compared to the properties right outside the Uxmal gates, a bargain. So this is a fine place to stay if you want an early start on the ruins, but there is no other reason to stay here.
