Novotel Lugano Paradiso
I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. GuestHouse Lugano University
Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.

Residence Diaz
Second time using Residence Diaz in Como and did not disappoint. Great communication and clear instructions for check in. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller.
