This is an excellent place to have a big family gathering or a wedding. We had both this last week. There was room for us all and it was excellent. Randy the host was excellent with his communication. It's worth the stay if you need a big place to have a family gathering.

Big, beautiful and fun space for group or family

Loved this home, it was clean, and the bedrooms are a nice size with plenty of bathrooms. 7 women staying in one house and we each had our own space. Great for retreats and family reunions!

This Linder Property was perfect for our Family Reunion. Randy, the owner, had great communication prior and during our stay. The house had enough beds and and even had extra mattresses. There were many spaces for people to gather! The outdoor area had everything you would need to BBQ, have a pizza party, play games or just hang out! The house is fully loaded and check-in/out was a breeze.

Wedding vacation and recovery brunch too

Instead of hotels our big family stayed together and enjoyed the pool, large kitchen area for gathering. We filled it with fun and laughter. We loved the “store” too! So much to do and space for our introverts too.

This was the 2nd year we stayed here for our ladies retreat. I will be booking it again for next year. The place is perfect for large groups or families. We can all eat in one space and plenty of large spaces to gather. It is also great if you have someone who can't do stairs, you can do everything on the main floor.

We could not be happier with staying in this beautiful house. So clean and so well stocked. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the hot tubs! The green lawn was used constantly and we loved the out door grills. The host was so great. So much room in the house for our family reunion. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property for multiple families to stay in one location. More than enough parking. Knowing that the property is a couple miles away from shopping / restaurants we planned ahead and had no need to leave and we were able to cook all of our meals at the house. Most of the time was spent socializing in the large kitchen. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Family Reunion

This is an amazing house! They went above and beyond with meeting our needs, and there wasn't anything that we would have changed. We love our time at this home! This is our third stay here and t's a perfect fit for our large family. There's plenty of extra bedding options with the extra mattresses supplied. The house is clean but shows a little wear with some of the carpet and a tub but not anything that will prevent me from renting again. I appreciate the treats of ice cream and sodas at each visit. Randy is quick to respond and takes good care of us while we are there. The kitchen is well stocked with several crockpots and other appliances as well as plates and utensils and cookware.We truly enjoy our time here and will be back in the future!
