"Our room key was very difficult to use and we had to go get help to get into our room. The sweet girl from the desk showed us the "trick" which was to go extremely slowly and tilt the key to one side to make it work. That shouldn't have been necessary. The key should have worked with no problems. We were never sure if we would get into our room or have to go get help. The mattress smelled of vomit on my husband's side and when we let the desk staff know at check out they mortified, were apologetic and said they will send someone immediately to take care of it. I have no doubt if we had asked the night before they would have changed rooms for us. The bed was sooooooooooooo comfortable! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and I have reservations to stay there again. "

"Well maintained property. Pretty quiet especially since it’s right next to the freeway. The breakfast was great. Great selection of self serve items, from cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelet, bacon or sausage, toast, and bagels. Plus all the fixings like jelly, cream cheese and peanut butter. Hot tea, coffee, juice and fresh cut fruit. Dinning room was very clean and well stocked thru out the breakfast hours. "

"Country Inn has done some upgrades that have improved the facility. Appreciate Rep. Mark who was friendly and efficient. I've had past issues here and i'm happy things are improved! We will be back!"
