If you must stay in Guthrie this is the place to stay. It is a great property with very clean rooms and an attentive staff. The breakfast is advertised as continental, but they offered custom eggs and breakfast tacos that were delicious. I'd highly recommend this property.

I liked everything.

All the above. No complaints. Stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Would use a recommend this hotel to anyone else coming that way and have to stay overnight.

The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!

The room was clean quiet and the bed was comfortable. Thi facility was a little older than most, but well maintained and clean. The climate control was excellent. The breakfast had ample choices of hot food. The only downside of this facility, along with all of this chain locations, is the fact that they provide “Dove” brand soap, which I very much dislike. I will be glad when their corporate procurement department changes suppliers.

The staff friendly and informative

Always stay in Edmond when heading up to Nebraska from Texas. This hotel was perfect for families, especially with babies, full kitchen was essential! Room nice and big for the baby pack n play. Definitely will be staying here again next year.

The property was easy to access, right off the main highway. Down the road are multiple dining options as well as a Target and grocery store. The room was clean and large enough for my family of 5. The swimming pool and gym area were also clean and easily accessible. Breakfast was a hit with many options and an attendant who was more than on top of refilling food and keeping things tidy.

Very clean, safe and quiet area. Comfortable bed. Even though it was nearly 0 degrees outside, inside the room stayer than very warm.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again !!

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, the rooms were clean, great hot breakfast spread, all around pleasant experience. I even ended up coming back after my flight was cancelled, which speaks for itself. I stayed around 10 days and would gladly go back and refer this property to others. Thanks for the hospitality! Judy

Wonderful place and excellent hospitality. The stay is very clean, peaceful, and welcoming. The food is delicious and I would highly recommend you stay there!

This motel was the best one we have stayed at in a VERY long time! The guy checking us in was super friendly & helpful! The room was clean and very spacious! We were presently surprised when we opened the door! Pool area was clean and looked nice (we didn’t use this area) and breakfast was tasty! Lots of variety and coffee was best I’ve had in 12 days! All around this was a very nice stay!

Very friendly staff and very helpful to suggest places to visit and eat at.

Very friendly and clean.
