"There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I loved the large covered porch and spacious kitchen. As others have stated, the home itself is older and needs a little TLC "

"Excellent for my needs. The house was charming, and the communication with the owner was great. Not much to complain about on my end, and it was great for a small gathering. Didn't go into downtown, but it's a quick walk and a great spot for events. The owner didn't have any ridiculous rules or anything either, worked with me on a couple requests too. Overall, It was great for hosting a small gathering in good proximity to the highway and downtown McKinney."
