"They did not let us in because I traveled with a cat. Given that the hotel listed as a Pet Friendly, and the booking was not refundable... According to the manager, "pet" means "dog", he advised us to try some other place, said "Don't be angry" and closed the door. "

"Wir waren bisher immer im Chateau, mussten diesmal aber ausweichen da im Chateau nichts mehr frei war. Das Zimmer war genauso, es gab eigentlich keinen Unterschied. Der Unterschied war eigentlich nur dass man nicht im Bademantel ins SPA gehen konnte, und eine Jacke brauchte um ins Restaurant und zum Frühstück zu gehen. Ansonsten: Supernettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr viele Parkplätze. Allerdings ist der Eintritt ins SPA nicht inclusive. Dafür ist das Zimmer deutlich günstiger."

"Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel als mittelmäßig bewerten. Die Kissen sind fleckig, der Haartrockner ist veraltet und für langes Haar nicht geeignet. Die Duschkabine ist schimmelig, der Duschkopf verkalkt, und der Vorhang könnte eine Wäsche vertragen, usw. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es gibt wenig Gemüse im Angebot. Für das Parken muss man extra bezahlen, was nirgendwo angegeben war. Der Wellnessbereich ist gut, aber klein. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch sehr gut, es liegt an einem...
