"Nice property. Clean and fairly quiet. We had no visiters, so the parking was adequate. The separation of the bathroom from the bedroom was particularly a +. What could be better: Most importantly is a dresser in the bedroom. Or at least a second luggage stand. Also more hangers in the closet would be helpful. The couch/Futon was uncomfortable to sit on. the bar stools need cushions. A better selection of kitchen ware would be nice. All and all, we would book this property again. The central...

"We had a really great time on the Rogue River. Great opportunity to float and paddle board from the house to the city park. The house was clean and the AC was awesome. The hosts were very responsive when the front lock didn't work. Overall a great experience."

"Lovely place. Nothing to complain about. We recommend a sign and verbiage when renting that each unit only gets one parking space. We had a loaded car and had to park on the street in the dark as someone arrived earlier with two cars. There are 6 total units and 6 parking spots. "

The home was beautiful, clean and had a great view of the river. The only con was that we were just beyond a major highway so it was somewhat noisy"
