Primero no tenia las reservas que había hecho con ud así que una falla de los dos partes tuve que esperar y empezaron a buscar una solución ya nos íbamos y me prepararon las habitaciones el colchón muy malo por favor note irresponsabilidad de partes

Hice la reserva x medio de hotels.com y cdo llegó al establecimiento no había disponibilidad para hospedarme, en recepción me informan q ya había sucedido esto con otro huesped….y aún no hacían la denuncia correspondiente. Así q aconsejo no hacer reservas x este medio ya que no son de confiar. Aún no sé si me han descontado el dinero de la tarjeta.
