"Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. "The house is new and very clean. Ideally located near Mero and between Portsmouth and Roseau. We'll appointed kitchen. Lots of supplies (towels, kitchen stuff, bed linen, etc). Very quiet neighborhood with security cameras, lights and a steel gate entry for peace of mind. Owner was very responsive with query. Definitely the best place to stay in Dominica so far."

"If you are ever in Dominica, I definitely suggest staying at this property! The accommodations are stunning!
