It was nice. Really enjoyed the separated rooms and the sofa with pull out bed. Room was clean. Very cool that it had a keurig! Front desk was helpful and friendly. Apple cider and cookies offered in the lobby. I would stay again.

Not as great as all the other reviews indicated. Our room was ok, but it really needed updating. All of the drawers on the dresser kept opening by themselves because they were all misaligned. Towels and tp were spare. Our room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. The bed was also pretty hard. Other than that, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly.

We couldn't locate the designated dog area and there wasn't any poop bags or trash can designated for them. Other than that, we all had a good stay and appreciated being near the stairwell making it easier to take our pet outside.

The pool was great, the breakfast was great. The staff was very courteous. The hallways inside the hotel room needed more light, there were some chipped paint on the ceilings that needed to be attended to and some other small maintenance items that needed to be attended to. Overall it's a very nice place to stay.

The property was quiet and easily accessible. The only problem was the awful smell in the stairwell - one night it smelled like urine and the other it smelled like pot. Our room also had a faint odor of urine - but it may have been coming from the air conditioner unit and cleared up after a bit (or we just got used to the smell). Expedia listed the pet boarding fee as $50, and they were wrong. It is $75.00.

An extremely pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good. Pool and exercise room were very good. The only negatives I can think of are the size of the room and the parking. The room was a bit on the small side and the parking area was poorly lighted.

This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn in Merrimack, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The property feels fresh, well‑maintained, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Parking is extremely easy, with spots right in front of the rooms, making check‑in and unloading simple and stress‑free. The atmosphere is exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn: modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with clean common areas and a relaxed, pleasant vibe throughout. This hotel is an ideal base camp for exploring the Merrimack and Nashua area—practical, comfortable, and perfectly located. Highly recommended.
