This property has the best in some areas and the worst in others. Staff and pool/bar/dining were all very good. Room floor was dirty but overall the rest of the room was ok. Staff was nice except for one individual who was upset as she was not notified that we had purchased the shuttle and had our room till noon. Was not our fault she was not informed so please don’t be upset with us.
