"This was a great place for us to stay. It is clean, communication with Timothy prompt and helpful. The kitchen is stocked with essentials needed to cook for a group of teens. Highly recommend booking here. Close to Kennedy Space Center."

"Our multigenerational family (13 people, ages 1 to 73) had a great time here. The indoor spaces met our needs well, but the best part was outside. The kids spent hours in the pool, we saw dolphins and a space launch from the dock, and we all fit around the table in the screened patio. The beach is only 11 minutes away. Communication with Tim was great. A wonderful stay."

Very clean and modern.Caveats are: 1) Be sure to bring everything you intend to eat or drink, as only a small amount of coffee grounds and filters were provided; and 2) "Pet friendly" comes at the high cost of 100/pet, which is billed after you've already booked and paid. Otherwise, everything was great."
