"There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. "A wonderfully historic house with an equally wonderful garden, location and views. So very peaceful. Only a quick drive to Launceston for provisions. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the garden and indoor board games for family fun. It was hard to drag ourselves away to go enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. The owner provided a very comprehensive list."

The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. "The accommodation was excellent and of a high standard and can honestly say it was a home from home .It is clean and fresh and ideally suited for the facilities on the site .We travelled from Aberdeen to rekindle some memories in the area and not disappointed.The hot tub is an added bonus .Cannot praise it enough and would love to go back."
