"Zemi is an exceptional.property with a delightful charm. The staff were fruendky, accomodating etc. The riom was clean, modern and comfortable. 20 knots had exquisite food options. The spa was indeed an experience. All in all it was a wonderful experience."

While there was the usual fare for a 5 star hotel. I think they lacked in the area of guest diversions. They were happy to let you as a guest find there own way. The downside was that this opened the guest to overcharging and the endless tipping.

The rooms are great, but it lacks consistency of the in the room service, not every day was the same, specifically on the bathroom towels and toiletry
