Good stay but can be further improvement.
My family trip to Felda Residence is OK. The reception is welcoming. The service provided during check-in was good. The room is quite good where everything is clean and tidy enough for us. However I would like to comments on certain things as below: 1. The amenities is few. There is no tooth brush and tooth paste been provided. 2. There is no safe box provided in case we want to secure valuable items 3. There is no local restaurant nearby which provided seafood delicacy. Need to go to Sedili which takes 30-35 minutes to go there. 4. The breakfast food do not have many options such as there is no cereal & milk which was usually prepared for breakfast.

Everything is good. My kids really enjoy swim at swimming pool. At back of hotel have nice beach but i think not suitable for kids. Food nk many choice.

Cleanliness and air cond bedroom failure
Overall i'm said OK on some point there weakness need furtherly improve. 1.room cleanliness The room surface ok, but under livin room sofa a big messy dust so thick and leaven food warp found under it. 2.air conditioning The air cond were a bit dissapointing.When we arrived, the bedroom air cond were mailfuntion, and call had made and the technician had it recover quickly after that.While resting until morning up again, the problem occur again and were so frust as call again the technician to solve the issue but no action.Very dissaponting. The rest the walkaway route to the room so dirty with bird poo and sand from the beach. Please improved as the beach view so nice and i love it the pleasure sweet and sea breaze wind there.

arrive hotel 30minutes earlier than check-in time, i have asked the staff if can check-in a bit earlier but still need to wait until 3pm but it is ok for me i still can wait. the problem is during peak season there are many people waiting to check-in, end up need to long queue just for check-in. the pool also need to pay rm6 per person and the water is dirty for me. distance to beach only 20m it is good for those who like beach..this place is suitable for family day.

It's a one of the beautiful places that we can go. Overall trip no so bad just need improvement for room cleanliness so that can make people more comfortable to stay.

Helpful staff but mouldy sheets
The staff were very helpful and accommodating in resolving a booking error. However I was horrified when I finally arrived in my room after midnight and found the bed sheets were so mouldy that I could not sleep on them. The facilities and construction are the foundation for a great resort but the maintenance and upkeep is a little lacking around the bathroom and the mouldy sheets would put me off going back there again.
