The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice."

It is literally a stones throw from the beach which was ideal for having little ones. It is also great how close to the play park it was. "We had a super birthday stay at Hope Cottage, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after Christmas/a hectic few weeks. The decor is gorgeous bright and airy. It was spacious, really well appointed and you can really tell that a lot of thought went into making it feel cosy and welcoming. It’s a cracking spot too plenty within walking distance to please both kids and adults and a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight. So glad we found it, it’s such a gem that we’re already planning...

"For a budget room this was ideal. Compact but clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location as could walk into Southampton centre and the docks. Continental breakfast but enough variety to fill you up. On arrival we was greeted by Simon on reception who was extremely helpful and polite and gave some excellent local knowledge for walks on the docks and other areas, thank you."
