Good choice for Merzifon

Brand new hotel. Friendly staff and super clean rooms. Breakfast was food but they charge extra for coffee which I don’t know why. It should be free.

Hem geçen sene hem de bu sene İstanbul-Trabzon seyahat yolumuzu ikiye bölmek için kaldık. Daha öncesinde de memnun kaldığımız için tekrardan burayı tercih ettik. Giriş-çıkıştaki ilgileri, otopark konusunda yardımları dondurucu kullanımı ile ilgili destekleri için çok teşekkürler... Sadece son konaklamamızda odadaki tv kumandası çalışmıyordu, telefon edip söyledik ama ilgilenen olmadı. Bir yıldızı ordan kırdım. Sonrasında da yorgunluktan uyuduk sabah yola çıktık.

Yemin töreninden sonra family roomda konakladık. Otele ve odamıza giriş yaptıktan sonra hiç çıkma gereği duymadık. Odamız konforlu, yataklar çok rahat ve otel girişten başlayarak temizdi. Akşam yemeğimizi otelin nezih restoranında yedik. Yemekler lezzetliydi, servis oldukça iyiydi. Sabah kahvaltısı zengin, hiç bir eksik yoktu. Teşekkürler

Her şey mükemmeldi.

Otele gece geç saatlerde giriş yaptık. Bizi çok iyi karşılayan Ersin Bey her konuda açıklama yapıp bizi bilgilendirdi ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Tuttuğumuz odalar bakımda olduğu için bizi Delüx odalarda ağırladılar. Her şey mükemmeldi.Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve iyilerdi. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltısı tatminkardı. Bir daha Merzifon'a geldiğimizde direk seçeceğimiz otel.
