"Perfect home base for a week of exploring Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico with it's centralized location to all the amazing historical ruins in the region. Quiet and out of the way enough to a relaxing sit on the porch after a long day of hiking but close enough to "town" so you can sit down for a bite to eat or stop at the grocery store. The next time we come through the area we'll be staying again. Great little cabin to rest your bones in between adventures!"

"I rented the property just to be able to attend the Horses Hounds and Mules auction in Hesperus, and it turned out to be an amazing place to stay! The house was immaculate, the porch was serene."

"We really liked the cabin, very clean and nice decor. View was very pretty. There were just a couple of issues. Very hard to find off of 160. I hope you make the turn into the property more visible. We missed it going towards MANCOS then heading back to property after leaving MANCOS. There was no trash bin near the road so we had to leave our trash in the studio."

"Two friends from different states, we stayed a week to be part of the Mesa Verde Writers Conference and Literary Festival (respectively), plus explore a bit afterwards. So close to town, yet--with running water music on either side of our spacious wall tent--in another world entirely, we couldn't ask for a better vacation base.
