This is a hazard that should not hapoen because of a contract dispute. Patrons would have to walk all the floors with their luggage due to an elevator issue . This is dangerous someone at a higher Hotel mgmt should get this resolved. Unsatisfactory. "

"There were no disposable cups in the room for water. We were only allotted two towels (1/guest), and my husband and I showered the evening of our stay as we got caught in a rain storm, and we typically shower each morning. So the limits on towels is an issue for me."
