"The room was not particularly handicap accessible - it had a tub-type shower instead of the picture shown which was a direct step-in shower and the rail to help with the transition to the tub was quite loose. The furniture in the room appeared to have been in a flood -- it was very worn. We were put in a room adjacent to both elevators - which made whooshing noise all night. We were right above the balcony and two couples sitting in the lobby talked loudly until 11:15 - until I went out and waived at them from the balcony and said "sshhhhh" and then they quit. I found the front desk staff to be very unhelpful at check-in and it was like they were busy and didn't want to even be polite, much less helpful. All and all - not great experience - wouldn't stay there again."

"The room was big enough that my father's wheelchair could move around easily, despite not being an ADA room, the bed was comfortable, and the employee who checked us in was super helpful. One of the nicer Motel 6s I've been to. The next time I need lodgings in Phoenix, this will definitely be one of my top choices."

"My husband and I had a reservation for 2 nights with a suite. When we went to our suite it was having some repairs done so told to come back later. Later went to the room and it had not been cleaned. Was given another non suite room which was not good because I needed the space that a suite provides. Then second night was given a suite which required a move. Asked for a credit and only got $30 for all our inconvenience."

"Property rating is appropriate. The room smelled like cooking oil but it is to be expected for an extended stay hotel. Everything else was very clean."

"This location does not clean your room daily and does not provide you with "door card" to let them know you don't want your room cleaned. They expect the customer to provide them notification A DAY BEFORE, before 9:00pm or else your room gets NO service. I did not expect this from a hotel charging $200 per night!"

"Charged twice for one night stay. Manager Shelly was rude. I was charged for 2 nights due to a scheduling mistake. Tried to cancel 10 min after booking and motel Shelly refused to cancel or refund."
