"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

However it is very difficult to reach. Search for "Ristorante Val Colla B&B" and you will find the correct location. It is in Bogno, not Gandria. "

We were there during a hot spell and our room was almost unbearable, but that was mother nature! We did have fans that helped to cool the room down. We only had a couple of concerns. Vittorio, the owner, was almost rude to us at times. We tried our hardest to warm him up to us, but he remained cool to us. His wife, however, was always warm and provided us with terrific...

"The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. "Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...
