"Awesome stay and an amazing place to watch the sunset. We stayed in a suite with a hot tub overlooking the water, which was wonderful. Surprisingly quiet at night given how close all the hotels are to one another. The front desk staff (Thanos) was so welcoming and lovely and even let us drop our bags off early in the day. Only thing that bothered us is that the air conditioning did not seem to bring the temp in the room to a comfortable level. It was a bit hot and stuffy"

"Great place to stay, friendliest receptionist. Breakfast provided and brought to your room. Only problem i had was i put up the do not disturb sign and the wind blew it off - only to come back to my hotel shocked my door was open and people were on there. Some of my things had been moved so they could clean as well. Otherwise, Great stay."

"Do not stay in this hotel !!! We tried to check in with the number given on reception when we arrived following the instruction . The number wasn’t a real number ringing this multiple times with no answer or communication with the hotel owner (which we made aware of our time of arrival before arrival) . We then had to then stay in a near by hotel for the night. We returned to ambience suites first thing in the morning for the owner to then be extremely rude demanding for us to pay again for our...

Costa Grand Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great overall experience in the costa grand resort. The studio room was great, early morning sunshine experience from the balcony with sea right in front of you, the nice breeze in the evening, walking by the sea, shops and restaurants in Kalmari area which is happening till midnight. Swimming pool facilities and the cleaning associates will be visible cleaning the properties all the time. Regarding any other suggestions, I would prefer to have the Main Reception being tagged in google maps/ roads for tourists who are visiting on their own by cars. Since the mail buildings are same, it is difficult to identify the mail reception and no indicators are available to reach the Reception Office. I need to get down and ask resort people to provide the driving path for the mail parking/reception. Thanks to the whole Resort team in making our stay memorable."
