The breakfast was excellent, the location of the B&B was great, and Adrianna was just a brilliant hostess. The shower was fantastic - hot and powerful. If you want someone who will tell you all about Sicily and Messina, book in here and speak to Adrianna. The room itself was lovely and cozy. Definitely an excellent value!

Met me exactly on time at the external door. Good explanations of access/keys. Had an incredible room/suite. Breakfast good. English speaking assistant/helper of owner was lovely. Only one negative, was offered a ride to the train station for the following day which didn't happen as the owner took ill.

No, non è come me lo aspettavo... È infinitamente meglio!!! Una camera enorme, pulitissima e arredata con gran gusto. Un bagno incredibile. Un letto comodissimo. Tutti i servizi che puoi trovare in un hotel di lusso con in più la cordialità del proprietario e la bravura della signora Adriana. Il tutto in pieno centro di Messina! Che dire... Davvero complimenti!

Outstanding comfort, hosts, location, value.

Excellent location in the city centre. Walking distance to the sites and restaurants - there is a popular bar that spills out into the pavement at night in front of the building. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the ferries (Liberty and the state ferry). Very sensible system of keys. In an apartment on the first floor (elevator for bags). Everything has been thought of and much love and attention has gone into the decoration.Very nice lobby leads to large airy room which overlooks main road but has excellent sound insulation. Great bathroom equipped with everything down to courtesy slippers (marble floors can get cold!). Super bed. Best night's sleep we had in 3 weeks of travel. Excellent breakfast in a lovely dining area. The hosts are wonderful. They were waiting outside when we arrived (give them 30 minutes notice) with a parking space reserved and parking tickets. Insisted in carrying our bags in and gave us a ride to the ferry in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble. The wife spoke good english and explained the city layout and made sure we had everything. They were both present in the morning for our early breakfast and departure. Overall fantastic and best value by far on our trip. If coming over by car much better to sleep here than in Reggio di Calabria.

Alla mia prima esperienza in un B&B ho fatto centro!!! Un B&B al di sopra delle aspettative che nulla ha da invidiare ad alcuni hotel a 4 stelle che vabeh le stelle sono solo fuori dalla porta. Nulla da eccepire! Pulito, essenziale e le camere molto spaziose hanno tutta la dotazione che serve, perfino le ciabatte monouso. La gentilezza dei proprietari e/o dei gestori è spontanea, davvero carini nei modi e nell'accoglierti. Complimenti per l'arredamento , senza pretese ma davvero grazioso. WI-FI gratuito ovviamente...
