Ther was mold in the soap dish, dirt or food on the walls, peeling wall paper, over powering/sickening cherry deodorant attempting to cover up cigarette smoke smell and it was dark with barking dogs and crying babies. You get what you pay for. Luckily it was close to good shopping, a street fest and walkable to historic sites and train stations.

This place is ok. The owners were good about providing instructions, which was good since I never saw them. Also, it’s listed as a “B&B” but there’s no breakfast that I was made aware of, not a big deal for me though. The place wasn’t super easy to find either, and was more like hosted apartment than a hotel. No parking either, so I just parked on the street. Aside from the logistics, the room was ok enough. Only major issue is the walls are super thin and you can hear everything. I wouldn’t come back

all'esterno il palazzo appare anonimo, invece l'appartamento è ben curato moderno e comodo. Ottima anche l'accoglienza con wifi, frigo e macchina caffè ad uso libero . Buona la posizione con il centro raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata.

Near Transportation and sights.

We went on a one night tour of town as we took the ferry over from Reggio Calabria for a night. Very clean and the staff were very accommodating as we were concerned about arriving too early and having to tote our bags around for the day. The room was spotless and very well equipped and only a kilometre away from many of the major sights in town. We walked around for 2days and liked what we saw. Many decent restaurants and pastry shops threwout the downtown area. Loved the softer mattress on the bed and softer pillows. Breakfast was sad as we went to a great pastry shop and had a cold coffee as it was not what one expects of a B&B.

Simple room and simple breakfast. The place is like one big apartment with many rooms and a common living room. I end up hanging out in the living room a lot because they have sky TV with English channels. Good value and location.
