Hôtel pitoresque hors d'âge. On pense à Hemingway

Accueil par une personne âgée qui voulait être règlée en cash alors qu'il y avait le sigle VISA sur la porte.. nous avons insisté et payé avec CB. Petit déjeuner frugal. Vieil hôtel, mais les trois étoiles sont elles encore homologuées????On a l'impression d'être dans une époque c'est dépaysant et drôle.

L'hotel si trova a 2 passi dalla stazione e pochissimi km dal centro, è pulito e il personale è cortese. Per quanto riguarda la struttura è un po' vecchiotta.

Economico, vicino, in stile

Prenotato con qualche preoccupazione certe per recensioni negative sul web, le ho trovate ingenerose.L'Hotel è sistemato in un Palazzo di cui è pienamente rimasta la decorazione (persino nelle vetrate e spazi comuni)e la mobilia (di qualità) Art Decò, al punto che potrebbe fare da set di un film ambientato anni '20. Il personale è molto gentile, camera con bagno ampia e PULITA. Tv digitale, frigobar, Aria condizionata e asciugacapelli compresi nel prezzo (ahimè altrove ho avuto sorprese...). Certo, forse servirebbe una cura di inserimento di economici diffusori di sostanze deodoranti negli spazi (bagno) che possono più "risentire", e la colazione è un po' più "spartana" della media (ma cornetto di pasticceria: altrove non sempre così..), però è veramente economico (37 euro una DUS, con colazione...), vicinissimo a stazione ferroviaria, marittima e dei pulman per altre città. Certo, l'ambiente esterno è purtroppo simile ai "pressi della Stazione" di altre città...

Bueno para pasar la noche!

Llegamos de viaje en el Caronte Turist a las 23:30 hs .Teníamos que solucionar el problema donde pasar la noche , para el otro día ir a Taormina.Queda cerca del puerto y era lo que buscabamos algo económico y cerca.

Un weekend da horror

Ingannati dall'essere un albergo presente su Expedia, con un prezzo nella norma, non è un albergo valido per famiglie o coppie fuori per un weekend. Trasandato, zero comfort, la chicca è la continua puzza di fumo di sigaretta in camera per quanto fosse stata pulita. La gentilezza dello staff purtroppo non compensa l'orrida struttura.

Hotel molto vecchio in una brutta zona con personale tutto maschile (comprese le pulizie). Il personale era gentile e l'hotel era tutto sommato abbastanza pulito, ma la camera era davvero triste e la luce del bagno ricordava quella di una cella mortuaria.

You should speak Italian in sentences

Just OK. English hardly spoken. Very skimpy breakfast. Very bad written directions. They should read-- From the bus and train station go forward to the four lane street . Turn left at the traffic light onto tne narrow street. You will see the hotel on the right about fifteen meters. Total walking distance is about 500 meters. No shampoo or soap spray. No computer for use by patrons. No Wi-Fi. No lift. Inefficient fridge,. Wanted the key to the room but relented when I insisted on keeping it.

残念な事に

駅から近く便利ですが、ホテル自体は古く、特に水回りはかなりの老朽化を感じます。夕方1時間程仮眠したのですが、起きたらベッドの上に小さな虫が多量に這っていて卒倒……たまたまかもしれませんが、その後勿論眠れず。

albergo che ha il merito di essere molto economico, vicinissimo alla stazione e al porto, un po' rumoroso per via della strada di fronte ma con gli infissi idonei a schermare il rumore al massimo, modesto ma con fascino per via dei bei marmi delle scale e del corridoio, con un'atmosfera liberty che mi piace tanto. la colazione consisteva nel solo cappuccino e cornetto, ma vista la spesa va bene cosi.

Hôtel pour un passage à Messine très correct.

Malgré son ancienneté, cet hôtel est accueillant avec des chambres à l'ancienne très spacieuses. A quelques 200m nous sommes au centre ville et pas loin du port d'où l'on peut aller au STROMBOLI ou sur les nombreuses iles aux alentours.

Good location near train station. Safe didn't open at all. Room was ok clean. If you get room from street side, there is a street where goes trucks all night, so it's pretty loud inside too. Hotel was like from 80's.

最初駅からの道で迷いましたが見つけさえすればその近さに便利を覚えます。中心街のカイローリ広場までも十分に近いですし、立地は文句なし。 レセプションのおじさんを３人ほど見かけましたが可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。 部屋は広めですが、それ以外は寝れればいいという方向きです。 シャワーもネットも普通に使えるので、総合してよかったかと思います。 次も同じ価格なら利用したいです。

Albergo moderadamente consiliable.

Albergo con una buona relazione Qualita-Prezzio. Ha tutti i servizi di un albergo 3 stelle e se il hotel non ha il elevatore, il personal è molto atento e porta i bagagli fino alla stanza. Un po negativo fu che il rumore di la strada si ascolta molto pero non he niente se sei molto estanco per dormire... Saluti.

Great location

The location is close to train station, ferry and shopping area, it's great for us because we stayed in messina one night in order to take a ferry to Stomboli early in the morning. The service is good, the hotel seems to be managed by a family over 50 years, their breakfast starts at 7am or 7:30am but they made coffee and brioche for us before 6:30am because we needed to catch a ferry at 7am. They are nice people though they don't speak English but we manage to understand hand gestures, body language and broken Italian. Hey, that's part of the fun about traveling! The room was simple but clean, most importantly, it has air conditioning !!! The most needed facility in Mediterranian summer.

An uncomfortable bed

(1) The mattress on my bed was very lumpy and uneven. The springs seemed to be broken. It was uncomfortable. (2) The hotel says it accepts credit cards. When I came to pay my bill the receptionist told me his computer was down so he could not accept payment by credit card. So I paid with cash. I asked for a receipt for the cash payment but the receptionist would not give me one. (3) There was a very bad smell in the fridge in my room. (4) The breakfast room was not a place one would want to linger.
