"clean room, bathroom was a bit tired/smelly and some patches of black mould on the tiles, which is sad for a suite."

"Room was tired, dirty and generally not in good order. Booked this hotel solely so i could use the pool after a long day on the road with work. Arrived to be advised it wasnt included and they wanted £14 for me have a swim. I had a matress cover that was too small squeezed over my bed making it bend up and become all out of shape ....wont be returning!!"

"Overall our stay was good, the room was clean and well-appointed. However as a wheelxhair user the disabled car park needs resurfacing (it was quiet uneven to transfer in and out of the car). There's also quite a dip in front of the entrance door to the rooms making it more difficult to bump over the metal entrance strip."

"Virtually impossible to find with road closures. Diversion and access instructions unclear. Property is outdated, particularly the bathroom. Loud ratting noise coming from service elevator made for a disrupted nights sleep. "

"Very comfortable stay. The room and bed were excellent. It is an ideal place for an overnight or business trip. There is no restaurant in the hotel but the bar is ok. There are local restaurants and pub close by. A decent buffet breakfast is supplied. "

"Great hotel I'm central location and close to transport links. Arrived to check in and a warm cookie - checks for allergies done at the same time. Was a short trip so didn't use the hotel facilities but would stay again."

"Staff were friendly and efficient when we checked in. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We made use of the spa facilities which was a nice bonus. The only downfall - kids were ridiculously loud in the pool, after 6:30 kids were still in the pool and splashing messing about in the swim lane. "

"Nice clean room, perfect for what we needed. Cooked breakfast wasn't amazing but the kids loved it and the continental breakfast was lovely. For the price we paid for two nights you would spend that on two breakfasts for 4 people. Would recommend "
