"We stayed at the Novotel Mestre Castellana and had a wonderful experience from the very first moment. The welcome was warm and professional, and the entire staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. A special thank you goes to the **GO CITY CENTER TRAVEL** transfer service to Venice city center, which we found extremely convenient and efficient. The service is prominently featured at the reception area, where there is a beautiful information corner with videos and images that immediately gives guests a clear understanding of the quality and value of the service offered. We would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. It was a very positive experience that we would gladly recommend to anyone looking to visit Venice while staying in a comfortable and well-organized hotel. "Très beau camping qui offre plusieurs types d'habitations ! Les piscines sont grandes et propres. Il y a plusieurs commodités sur le site comme un petit magasin, un service de bus/navette et un restaurant/café. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !"

"We stayed in a very clean (possibly new) room with two bedrooms and an unusually large room with a table, chairs and television (it was mostly empty and echoed). The rooms were sparse but clean and comfortable. There were no robes but they had slippers so I called to ask about robes. The attendant quickly came to our room alarmed that there were no bathrobes but when she arrived and saw our bath towels, she told us those are the robes (I think this was just a translation issue). In the bathroom there was just hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. There is no shuttle to airport but they do call a taxi and the fee is $20. Breakfast is not included."

"Place looked brand new. After 3 days each in Rome and Venice (by San Marco's square) the modernity was welcomed. The only slight issue is that they are building more on the property so our view was as nice the rest of the property. We didn't use the pool, but we walked by it and it was very clean and nice looking. It's close to the airport and the water taxi."

"Hotel location is great. It’s right across from the station. The rooms are clean and large. The food at their restaurant is amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn’t like was that it has a lot of noise. Our room faced the station so we can hear noises throughout the night. It didn’t bother me but my husband could hear it all night."

"I had one of the best customer service experiences in my life. We left to the airport and my wife forgot her medicine in the fridge. I called them to do not trash it that I was planning to come back if I had time after checking in for my flight. The same time they sent the driver with her medication and helped us out. Super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend the place it is close to the airport and pretty convenient"

"Staff very accommodating and pleasant. Room modern and clean. Requested a room safe in advance. Only rooms on the first floor have safes. They honoured our request. No kettle in room but hot water provided by reception (always very cheerful when asked). Good sound proofing in rooms so slept well. Could opt out of daily room clean (sustainability / environmental reasons) which we welcomed. Only negatives were a) blocked / super slow to drain sink and b) one super squeaky bed - maybe broken? (swapped with husband which seemed to do the trick). Large Interspar within 5mins walk (and McD's). Train and bus station within 5mins walk. Trains to Venice every 5 or 10mins for 1.50 euro each way. Journey by train is approx 10-13mins."
