Great value for your money! We had a spacious villa with a table and chairs to sit outside overlooking Sorrento. The pools were great. Water slides to the busy pool and a second pool for adults only with great views as well. Ample on-site parking. Walk down to the beach is about 300 stairs so don't forget anything! Nice small beach with good snorkeling/swimming.
Positives: nice staff, working shower, shuttle to train station.
Negatives: if you’d like to stay in a big shed this is the one to book for you, if not I would advise you avoid. We knew it was going to be basic but the rooms lack everything - no hand soap, no kettle, no clean bedding. The aircon didn’t work until we requested it to be put on. The park is also incredibly noisy, firework displays at midnight, constant music, and shouting. We were unfortunate enough to stay there after a flight cancellation and it is an experience we won’t forget for all the wrong reasons.
The room climate was fine after we asked how to turn on the air conditioner. It was off at the breaker and no one offered to set it up for us. They just dropped off the bags and left. They give you two towels and no matter how ling you stay, they charge you for any more towels. The manager Marco was the most arrogant and unhelpful person. He should be fired. The nicest person on staff was Angela, the snack bar attendant. She was pleasant and very helpful. Their restaurant is a joke.
Other than the view, it was a huge disappointment. There was also a lot of noise.
We were lucky and had an amazing view from our hut/room and really enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi only works in certain areas so didn’t work in our hut only near the car park. They provide very basic kitchen items which is fine as there is a nice pizza place 5 mins walk away. You can also walk to the beach 5 mins away and take the elevator down so you don’t need to use the steps. The area is very hilly but fine if you have a car for getting around. The pool had flumes for the kids however you need to wear a swimming cap whenever in the pool which was a bit annoying and the pool closes very early at 6.30pm. However if you are aware of all these things before you go and know it is basic accommodation then it’s a good price for what you get. We made the most of it so enjoyed our stay.
Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige omgeving.
Nice place in a semi convinient location to the beach, minimarket and trainstation.
There is a pretty steep hills and/or stairs if your bungalow isnt one of the bottom ones. Noise can be an issue at day and night especially if you are near the swimming pool/trampoline area. We had loud noises of furniture being moved everyday at the morning. At night there was a kid group shouting and random furniture again.
If you are booking a bungalow with a kitchen, we had 1 electric pan heating plate and 3 gas burners, only the gas worked.
If you are going to swim here there is a sign that said you have to use swimming hat, but the supervisor seemed to care very little about this rule and was just smoking a ciggarret.
Did ask for advertised laundry service, but it was not available.
Daily cleaning was not a thing, but was in the description.
Everything was pretty clean, but the kitchenware was partly dirty and bigger pan was very scraped to ruins.
If you are going to here by foot, you need good shoes for even a small walk. Mostly tight cobblestone streets and very small or no sidewalks at all. Electric scooters are a joke here, you can go for example from the beach to the trainstation no inbetween and you need all the protective gear available. There is bike rental somewhere so maybe try that if you dare to go in the hectic trafic.
Mah. Reception educati gentili e disponibili. Ristorante non sanno prendere neanche un ordinazione. Uno scarica su un'altro. Altro mha. Bar, la signora gentile e disponibile. Animazione. Molto carini e simpatici. E menomale. La struttura potrebbe dare molto di più.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
We were there 5 days, 4 nights - never had clean sheets or towels provided. There is no netting on the shutters/doors to allow air flow but stop the 'tiger mosquitos' coming in. Our terrace had not been cleaned before our arrival as there was broken glass all over it and a couple of balloons. Entrance has a steep slope to climb, the linked restaurant is some distance away outside of the complex through a few streets and down some steps.
Fridge has small freezer section at the top
Small soap bars and shampoo sachets provided
Pool has showers and toilets just outside its entrance and a small soft drink + snack bar close by.
The bungalow was lovely and clean. Cooking utensils provided and clean towels. Shower was a bit unpredictable but overall could not complain. Staff more than helpful.

Nice resort beautiful view and cute little town with everything you need.
Disappointed to learn the pool wasn’t open (it’s shut all winter, drained and refilled) so when we were there there was no water in it. This needs to be clearer on 3rd party websites as this is why we picked this resort. Lots of steps! But we did ok even with a baby and toddler. Didn’t use the restaurant it was t clear if it was open or not. We went to Patty’s pizza just down the road which was perfect!

Two weeks in Meta
For what paid for this accommodation it was ok. Beds were pretty uncomfortable , a double room was 2 twins pulled together with a large gap in the middle.
Pool area and public areas( toilets were clean, room generally clean but basic, had a kitchenette which had no cooking facilities except for a stove, no kettle had to boil water on stove top.No microwave or oven. Shower though had warm water and a/c was ok.
This facility does cater for parties of young people , probably going to visit Pompeii, mainly Germans and Americans. If though you are planning to have a restful day by the pool , don't bother as these groups take over and cause a lot of noise and immature racket...they did at times spoil the ambience around the site.
On our return , the receptionist man kindly gave us a lift ( site transport) to our ground transfer meeting point a mile or so away and this was appreciated, as stated the staff were very helpful.
Overall a 3-3.5 out of 5 but as the saying goes you get what you pay for,

Having read the reviews I was slightly apprehensive. The rooms were clean and adequate though no daily clean or replacement of towels only at extra cost. It was so useful to have the terrace outside though remember to take insect repellant. The many complaints about ants was unjustified as long as food was put away preferably in the fridge and any crumbs especially any sugar was cleared up there was no problem. The pool was surrounded with ample sun loungers and shady areas if needed .The water in the pool was quite cold but a great way to cool off. Lifeguards could have appeared a little more professional instead of sitting around smoking and talking. The shuttle bus was very useful to go to the beach or catch the bus....costing only E3.20 return Sorrento. Due to the many steps at this resort which can be a bit tough can be avoided when the shuttle isnt running by walking through e side street to the main road near the patisserie which incidently sells delicious cakes and pastries. The beach was clean and facilities were good. Reception staff were very helpful booking in was easy. Transfer to the resort was easily done by Guilio at a good rate.

Basic Accommodation
Not 4 star by any means.
Very basic accommodation.
Lovely views.
Good pool.
Food at the restaurants outside the complex much better than within.
Just remember it’s much more Pintins than Centreparc
