Mt Hutt Studio at 23 Methven
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located resort.
This studio apartment is a compact (19 sqm) self sufficient comfortable apartment. You also get to enjoy the Resort facilities, spa, tennis, BBQ, children`s play area.
There is access to your apartment and the shared laundry, car park, resort facilities of spa, tennis, BBQ, children`s play area.
This is a self check in apartment so you can arrive at your convenience, I`m available by phone and live in Methven.
Situated opposite the Methven A&P showgrounds and close to the `Opuke Hot Pools`. Pubs and shops within easy walking distance.
It`s an easy walk to the Town Centre and Opuke Hot Pools.
Good parking on-site.
Very close to Town Centre facilities, and Opuke Hot Pools, - just an easy 5 minute stroll.
There is an EV vehicle charge station on site at the resort that charges Tesla`s only, another public one is at the south east corner of the Town Hall.
Please ventilate when cooking - its a small apartment & the smoke alarms are sensitive - there`s monetary penalties for alarm activations.
No smoking in apartment.
If you have queries or concerns - Contact Selwyn - the resort office will not help.
