When we arrived we noticed our room hadn't been cleaned yet, so they immediately offered to upgrade us to a better room with a seafront view, and the whole exchange process was handled very quickly. The room itself was the "Flavie" room, very charming decor and beautiful picture windows. Loved our stay 🙂 !"

"I had read previous reviews that said that the place was exceptional, and the reviews were right. There was an unexpected problem with their internet provider, preventing them and everyone to have service, they kept their calm and were very helpful. They also gave us an upgrade for a bigger room as it was available. I would go back if i am in the area. "
