"We nearly booked somewhere else that was half the price, but noticed there were no towels included, and it wasn't a comfortable choice for our honeymoon. We saw that Vallee had: a sauna, a FIREPLACE, and free wifi... so we paid twice the price. No sauna (it was locked), no fireplace, TV barely worked, it was quite cold, and no curtains in our bedroom = very bright night and less sleep. and... only 250 mb of internet for free... no mention of this beforehand. "Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. We enjoyed day trips to Brugge, Chimay, Dinant, Namur, and Bastogne. Also, don't miss Maresous Abbey a short ride away."

"The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting.
