"Train station located behind apartments. Easy access"

"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"Check in was contactless and got a code to the building and the room. This was like a hotel studio suite type of size. Clean. Tram was right next to the place. Easy to get everywhere. "

El elevador hacia demasiado ruido cuando subía y bajaba, parecían rieles de tren. Los vecinos de arriba hacían mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la noche. El area de lavandería no era la adecuada, mucho desorden y sucia con mal aspecto."

No one there so had to lift heavy suitcases through the main doors n stairs just to discover no stair entry at the other side of the building 3. Booked for 3 people but no bedding was...

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "
