L'hébergement est insalubre, photos à l'appui ! Je n'ai pas pu dormir dans la chambre ! VMC noir de saleté, toiles d'araignés, douche pleine de résidus et de saletés, puces de lit ! la total ! Je vous deconseille formellement cet établissement. Je n'ai été remboursé qu'une partie de ma réservation ! C'est honteux et décevant ! Le petit déjeuner compris ne m'a été donné qu'à 10h15 ! Fuiyez !

L'accès au studio est difficile (escalier raide) sinon il est correct. La rue est bruyante du fait du passage de voitures. Le petit-déjeuner au café en bas est bien.

Le patron n’est pas à la hauteur de ses responsabilités. La propreté laisse à désirer. On ne prend pas le petit déjeuner tout les jours car le patron ne se lève pas le dimanche ni lors du départ de ses clients. Manque d’organisation. Voisins bruyants.

un ménage un peu plus rigoureux serait à faire (poussière au sol, toiles d'araignées au plafond) et un tapis de bain serait le bienvenu mais sinon l'appartement est agréable.

L'appartement est mal isolé: circulation extérieure très bruyante, bruits de pas voire course du voisin d'au-dessus, bar au pied de l'immeuble, résultat impossible de dormir. Nous avons trouvé des piles avec les couverts et de l'insecticide avec des produits alimentaires, pas de poubelles dans la salle de bain ni la cuisine et pas de parking gratuits à proximité. Points positifs: l'accueil et la proximité avec le centre historique qu'on peut faire à pieds depuis l'appartement.

Un super séjour dans un très bel appartement très bien placé. Les photos ne sont pas trompeuses. Et super accueil du propriétaire ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement, je reviendrai !

Peux faire mieux

Réception désolante, le portable ne fonctionne pas et l'hôte est injoignable, 2 heures d'attente pour l'accueil... Le studio est bien meublé mais la lunette des WC n'est pas fixée, dormir sur le canapé 2 nuits pas terrible alors que la photo montrait un lit et chambre à coté d'un bar bruyant. J'ai trouvé des tâches sur le canapé. En général je dirais qu'ils manquent d'un peu d'expérience dans le domaine.
