"The property is clean, but small. This is fine. However, check-in and wifi procedures are confusing. It is not handicap accessible. No elevator and all rooms require climbing. Many instructions suggest contacting the front desk, but it closes at 10:00 AM. I self checked out at 9:30 AM, the desk was closed. "

"The rooms are fine. As is the position in town. But note that there are NO humans involved. Everything is via electronics. Even the check in. Which is fine, a long as it the electronics (all computerised) works. When that fails - as it did with me and at least one other (a couple) then things fall badly apart. Word of advice, against all logic, it is probay be best to pay upfront (online). The system with paying upon arrival - while standing in the outside in the street, and in the rain... - when the payment system is badly programmed and malfunctionjng - is simply grim. "

"Very comfy hotel with plenty of on-site parking. The beds at this hotel were the most comfortable of our three week trip, they have a delightful dense springiness and are well made with comfortable linens and pillows. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we loved how sturdy and safe the bunk beds felt. The location was great for us, we visited some of the local castles and did some hiking, as well as went into town for simple dinner. We arrived after hours, the staff was super fast and helpful to get us in. "

"I sent a note to the hotel that we were going to be late. No one at front desk had to get security to give us a key. Found out they canceled my reservation."
