The only issue i had was that i had reserved a king size room and i got a queen room. I was not told what was kind of room i was getting. Although my room was pre paid i was told that the booking platforms dont always guarantee what kind of room is given. Other than that hotel is in good area & clean.

They charged me twice for the stay & they gave me the wrong room when I paid for a suite!!! I also had to put a deposit in order to get the remote for tv!!! & when I tried using remote it did not work!!! Also there was a lot of cockroaches! Front office and manager not helpful at all! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very lowest standards are maintained, remote control didn’t work towels used to be white refrigerator and AC units were noisy, they do not have disposable soap or shampoo. Everything is to be refilled missing items in the room, like mirror and towel handle.

I slept in a two bedroom very spacious, but I think the ladies that clean the rooms are getting very lazy. There was hairs on the floor from previous People. Big cockroaches come in the room from under the door. The walls are dirty. There’s little bugs in the room. They’re harmless, but there was bugs in the room. I will never stay there again. I was a loyal Customer. We would always stay there. It didn’t feel clean. I will not stay there again. It was too noisy. Our room was under the stairs. People going up and down the stairs. It was not great.
