This chain is suppossed to be the local version of a luxury chain. Whie the architecture and interior design are very nice, including its characteristic purple carpets, the maintenance is below par and it is in desperate need of a complete upgrade. There are patches on the carpet, stains, stains on the bedding, humidity/mold in bathroom, desk not properly cleaned, dents/chips in furniture, chipped bathroom tiles, poorly finished paint job by the window, and wallpaper peeling off. At th same time. Good staff. But come on, you were a reference 20 years ago.
