Incredible stay. Amazing staff, room, and amenities. The breakfasts were such a nice perk and delicious. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed at! Would 1000% recommend, and we can't wait to visit again in the near future.
The hotel was beautiful, excellent service by the staff, everything immaculate and a delicious breakfast every morning! Would absolutely go back in a heartbeat

Great location near Lincoln park in Polanco. Everyone was welcoming and enjoyed the styling of the interior spaces.
This gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the city’s highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options. The property was very private and we felt by times like we had the whole space to ourselves. The daily breakfast was incredible, with nice fruit, yoghurt, cheese, juice, and a special feature each morning. We had a wonderful stay!
Very classy. Loved the unique salons on every floor. Caesar at the front desk, and the dining staff were very personable. The housekeepers were very friendly. Fabulous decor, art and architecture throughout the establishment.
Quite possibly my new favorite hotel. They have a Michelin star from 2024 and it really shows. The rooms are all very spacious and well appointed, and if you can swing it try to get a residence. It’s just a king size bed with a bathroom but it has a separate kitchen and living room and a whole wall of windows that look through trees out onto the street. Floor to ceiling. Everything in there is exactly how I wish my home would be :-) I can’t wait to come back.
Staff was unbelievable, helpful and friendly and warm, helped me when I was sick! Helped package things for the plane, etc. Rooms were clean and design forward! I can't say enough, we will definitely be back. Great safe location, close to park and everything Polanco. Staff attended to every need, and then some! Breakfast was delicious, concierge service went above and beyond. Perfecto!
We had a wonderful stay at Campos Polanco during our most recent trip to Mexico City. I moved around our dates to accommodate their availability, as there are only a few rooms in this chic-boutique, and I'm so glad I did.
I couldn't stop raving about our experience the entire time. The people who work there are very kind, knowledgable, and willing to help and assist with nearly any request.
Breakfast was delicious every morning, and we enjoyed sipping complimentary Mezcal pours on the rooftop in the afternoons. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a block or so away from Lincoln Park and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
If you're considering staying here just do it! The rooms are expansive and beautifully designed. I will definitely book time here on my next trip to Mexico City.
Thank you again to the wonderful folks who work here that made this a memorable and special experience for us.
Absolutely fabulous hotel from the top down and definitely my favorite after staying in half a dozen in this beautiful Mexico City. The staff, amenities, suites and finishes are what most luxury hotels strive for. I highly recommend the Campos Residence, which is your own 1,000sq ft apartment in the heart of Polanco. The robes are the comfiest and the staff go above and beyond
Incredible, peaceful little hotel. It’s a gem. The staff was always helpful and professional. Restaurants and 5th avenue in NYC quality shops within walking distance.
Not worth the money. Extraordinary location, the staff was great. Just the amenities like the BF and rooftop snacking or room amenities were mid for the price you pay. Not personalized at all:( and not world class at all.
Beautiful boutique hotel. Meticulously maintained. Great location in Polanco. Very nice staff. Morning breakfast cook/server Ilsa was just the best. My wife and I will miss seeing her. HIGHLY recommend
