The hotel room smelled horrible, the bed sheets were worn, and the room itself was not nice at all. I decided to leave because after 5 minutes I ended up with a headache... I want my money back.

The shower drain didn’t properly drain was a pool of water I had asked for pillows twice their hours of service were really limited, bed super uncomfortable and no AC unit.

The bed was uncomfortable, we were denied utensil services in the restaurant, we had to provide our id's or 100 pesos to have the remote for the tv which we found it a strange service. No air conditioner, not breakfast service which I thought we might had avaliable.

The place seemed understaffed and neglected. Kind staff, nice workers. The area is near the historic center and Reforma if you know how to navigate the city. The neighborhood is a little scary. The city is like that in many areas. You can not avoid that. Great value for the money.

Charged twice as much as room booked. Had an unwanted Jucuzzi that added another 500 peso charge Previous 5 stays of 1 to 5 weeks were good. But this time will be my last stay. By the way dead cockroaches in the jacuzzi as well as the bathroom. Staff totally rude and unhelpful Great previos 5 stays. but again I will never return Cheat me once but you will never cheat me twice.

It's the worst hotel for the value that you can find, there was dried yellow and orange pee stains in the rim of the toilet, the tv never worked, carpet and sofa had weird stains, dvd was super dusty, it haa paper thun walls, I advised the staff of this and they stated there was no option to change rooms, I reported the issues about 40 mins after check in since I went to the "restaurant" to order, they stated everything needs to be reported within 10 minutes or they will do nothing about anything... no cancelations and no cleaning staff, they only offered to send the guard to clean the toilet with a dirty rag and pink liquid, they had no disinfectant nor cleaning supplies, the whole hotel is dusty and they never turn the lobby, parking lot nor the restaurant's lights, the staff is rude and they honestly dontcare about complaints nor offer any real solutions, please do not stay in this hotel, they will never give your money back nor offer any assistance. This was honestly the worst experience I've had at a hotel, had to leave within the first of the 3 nights I payed for and they didn't help with any type of refund.
