Absolutely loved our stay here. The front desk people were so lovely and willing to help us with anything we needed. Plus, the actual property was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in Roma Norte near lots of great restaurants and shops. They even have complimentary laundry, which I found to be a huge plus!

Loved this apt/hotel! Looks new and modern. The property is within walking distance from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies,.Staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit CDMX.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. The last night there was a strange odor of what smelled to be a moldy towel, we think it had to do with water leakage into the fan into our bathroom from workers on the floors above. The restaurants across from the hotel play music very loud until late at night, but my party and I are very heavy sleepers and once we were asleep we didn’t hear the music anymore. Ultimately that was not a serious issue to complain about to staff or change our minds about the review of the property. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay!

The Best Possible Stay in CDMX

This is an amazing property. Apartotel with all provisions, huge room, giant king bed, wiiiide screen TV, modern furniture, a full kitchen, and amazingly modern and convenience bathroom. Wooden floor and the balcony just made it feel Luxury. Then there is the receptionists (all three of them) who are like friends from the beginning. Then, to top it all of, it might just be on the single best spot on whole of Roma/La Condesa neighbourhoods. It has been ages since I went anywhere where I have ZERO complaints. This is the place to be.

I had a really poor experience staying here. After arriving from a long flight at 9am, I requested an early check in in person at the hotel. I was dismissed by a man at the front desk. No effort was made at all to help accommodate an early check in and I was treated very rudely for asking. Normally, hotels help to accommodate guests as check out time is 11am, so usually a room can be made available by 2pm. No effort was made at all and instead I was treated very poorly. I would not recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at Casa Cibeles! The staff were incredibly helpful during my stay, rooms were cleaned quickly, and I appreciated having the ability to laundry facilities during my longer stay. Yes, you will hear music from the neighboring bar at night, but this wasn’t an issue for me. If it is, the team do supply earplugs. For what you’re getting and the neighborhood, I think this factor weighs pretty lightly for me.

The welcome gift if such a beautiful thoughtful surprise. The place is very clean. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing removing a star was the bad smell that came from the bathroom shower drain. We covered it after showering and it did help, but if not covered the smell is pretty strong and unpleasant.
