La mejor parte del hotel es su personal. A pesar de que el hotel ya no está bueno y tiene áreas de oportunidad sobre todo con su mantenimiento, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Santa Fe, la Expo está a minutos, lo mismo que centros comerciales y hay buena oferta de restaurantes incluso caminando. El desayuno gratuito es decente y el hotel en general bueno.

la habitación bien, lo que no me gusto fue la recepción, le solicite factura y me pidieron la constancia de situación fiscal, les informe no la tenía pero les podía dar los datos pues lo sé de memoria me la exigía la mujer de la noche hasta que le informe no es obligatoria, acepto tomarme los datos se los di puntualmente, le di mi correo y la información necesaria, sin embargo a la mañana siguiente me volvieron a solicitar la información y de igual manera les brinde lo necesario, ya fuera del hotel pues tendría un día ocupado me vuelven a llamar que les diera los datos fiscales, les di la información por tercera ocasión, sin embargo en mi reunión me estaban marcando una cuarta vez, a lo cual no pude contestar dado mis ocupaciones, al día de hoy no recibí mi factura correspondiente, el trato como si estuvieran ocupados siempre y poniendo mediana atención a lo que solicita uno, por lo que creo que es malo el servicio y tratare de no hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel aunque el precio sea atractivo
