I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip, and I'd like to share my experience. Firstly, the hotel's shuttle service was very convenient. I arrived at the airport around 11 PM and only had to wait for 15 minutes to be picked up and taken to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs punctually every hour, which was a big plus. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. Each day featured different meats and fruits, providing a great start to the day. My room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, which was relatively quiet, although occasional noise from the hallway could be heard. The staff were extremely professional and always greeted guests with a smile, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant and small shop, there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. While you can use Uber, and it's quite affordable in Mexico City.
