The hotel itself is really nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the rooms. The only con was that it was pretty far away from all the major monuments. However, transportation in cdmx is really affordable and close to the hotel so it was not a big deal. I felt pretty safe here :)

Welcome respite after a long, warm day.

Everything looked very clean. Showers need upgrading (rusting showerhead), door leaks quite a lot of water into the bathroom, but the bathroom has a bidet. No place for soap or a towel by the bidet, which is the norm.

Not worth the price

I’m a little upset about this place. 1 there’s no air conditioning, 2 the wifi constantly cuts out. My neighbors were extremely loud in the hallways and were smoking in their rooms. Only one outlet worked, and there’s no Netflix or modern television. This place is nice but the owners need to do some serious renovations.

Très très pratique pour aller à pied (ou en taxi) au terminal central del Norte des autobus. Hôtel avec un personnel d'une très grande courtoisie et serviabilité à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Décoration un peu vieillotte dans les chambres, mais tout très propre. J'ai été surprise aussi par la très bonne insonorisation.

El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo mi estancia agradable. Sin embargo, el seguimiento a las solicitudes podría ser más ágil: pedí toallas que nunca llegaron y, cuando solicité apoyo con la caja fuerte con cierta prisa, no percibí sentido de urgencia. Me llamó la atención el servicio de limpieza. Durante la estancia únicamente retiraron la basura y repusieron las botellas de agua, una especie de refresh service, pero no tendieron la cama. El gimnasio, aunque pequeño, está bien equipado para un buen entrenamiento. En la habitación, el agua de la regadera se salía y, al no haber tapete, el piso quedaba mojado y resbaloso. En general, mi experiencia fue buena; con un poco más de resolución y un servicio de limpieza más completo, fácilmente sería excelente.

Me gustó mucho su tina de hidromasaje ayuda mucho a relajarse y descansar ,no me gustó de la habitación doble que no tuviera puerta entre una y otra ,cuando me registre la chica de recepción fue hostil,cuando yo ya había pagado por anticipado mi estancia,cuando entregué mi habitación me retire anticipado el chico fue muy amable.la ubicación está genial pero si tiene aspectos a mejorar

Excelente atención, el personal muy amable y con excelente servicio al cliente. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias seguro. Me hospedé sola y en ningún momentovme sentí insegura dentro de las instalaciones. La avenida sobre la que se encuentra estavalgo solitaria por las noches, pero fuera de eso todo bien.
