Disappointed with check-in Had confirmation of a double room. Had a local resident call the hotel to advise late check-in was required and acknowledged by hotel staff. On arrival and check in they had no double room available. Ended up getting two singles for first night (at the price of a double) and a double for the rest of our stay.

He visitado el lugar varias veces, pero nunca había desayunado en el Hotel No lo vuelvo hacer el servicio es pésimo, en su carta ofrecen el desayuno con Jugo o fruta y café, solamente sirvieron el par de huevos y café, de lo demás nada ni siquiera pan blanco para acompañar el desayuno, según el mesero cuando le indique lo que mencionaba la carta respondió que el había preguntado si no se me ofrecía algo mas, no me reí por que estaba muy molesto

Habitación muy antigua, no sirve el aire Acondicionado, el servicio del personal pésimo terrible, muy inseguro el lugar, dan solo una almohada, la cama toda chueca. Es el hotel más nefasto que he conocido, ojalá y lo saquen de las app de reservas, porque además de todo, intentan tirarte la reservación para ellos cobrar más barato y no pagar la comisión a hoteles.com FATAL!!
