Fully equipped with kitchenware for someone who was staying longer term. Great walkable location and beautiful rooftop. Extremely poor sound proofing and could hear what every neighbor was watching on television etc. You only get the check in code two hours before you arrive.

A couple of hours before the check in we received notification that the apt was no longer available and they moved us to another that was further. The person that was bringing the keys decided going somewhere else thus my family was standing outside the property for a while. We needed clean towels after three days and they said we had to tell them two days in advance. The service was mediocre. The property was fine. Clean and easy accessible by taxi or Uber. Other family members also had a bad experience with the same company so I will stay away from them, at least the group operating in Mexico City

Not what it seems

These lofts look modern and comfortable however once inside they are paper thin separated to each other which means you will hear absolutely everything what’s going on in every apartment. People were very noise in common areas or high volume TV until 3am or more. The response from the property management was very slow from the beginning. Contact phone numbers that are no longer in service. Late check in instructions and slow turn over for messages placed throughout the hotels.com app. Another bad experience was the heat and mosquitos inside the loft. Although the staff brought us a fan by request, which alleviated the asphyxiation we were feeling, the mosquitos took care of the rest.

VH Properties failed to keep their systems updated, and I only discovered they were overbooked once I arrived at the reception desk to check in. The property manager has since stopped responding on WhatsApp, despite both Expedia and me attempting to reach her. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. Mistakes happen, but going silent and delaying a refund for a stay that never occurred is unacceptable. If you cannot honor a confirmed booking, the bare minimum is a prompt and transparent refund process. Get your business work in order.

We weren't able to sleep in the booked hotel because when we arrived they told us that they do not have our reservation. After 2 hours!!! of waiting we finally got an alternative which was about a 20 minute walk through the city (no, they didn't offer us a taxi or any refund!). It was a room with a lower standard, we were not able to shower as the water was coming out in every direction because of the chalky deposit. Also there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. So the booking process seems to not work at all as we weren't the only customers with these kind of problems during this evening.

Pésimo servicio, sobrevendieron la haitación que reservé y no me avisaron hasta media hora antes del check-in. Me mandaron a una zona más lejana, con una habitación más pequeña y más sucia, y por los inconvenientes que me causaron ellos se comprometieron en devolverme lo correspondiente a lo pagado de la primera noche. Ha pasado más de un mes y no me han contestado ni hecho la devolución.
