The hotel has a great location, close to several restaurants and shopping. The room is small but comfortable and full of amenities. The breakfast has a great selection and it was really good. Really good hotel!

Great hotel for business but also for tourists.

Tourists will like this due to it's proximity to the main square. It is literally round the corner. Great breakfast and reasonably spacious rooms. Really no downsides apart from being a little tricky at times to get a taxi as it is really so close to the square it is on a one way system which gets clogged with cars. But the hotel is very good overall. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time in MXC and this property was very accommodating. The employees were very helpful. We had the free breakfast which makes a huge difference if you’re only there for a short period and want to explore the city, without having to uber to other locations. So the first day we had breakfast out and that alone was 3 hours “wasted “ and set us behind schedule but obviously if you want to check out other places for breakfast just know the traffic in Mexico is no joke and will set your itinerary behind. So the next couple of days, it helped to have breakfast there and it was good and the staff is attentive and very helpful if you have question. The room was smoke free! Clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed on the 11 floor It was pretty quiet. The a/c was blasting and kept us cold. I didn’t get a chance to see the bar but my BF went to the gym in the morning and he said it was nice.

Rooms are super SMALL! There were no shelves in the shower to set any personal products when showering. The trash cans were so tiny they could only hold a pop can. Lighting was super dim--challenge when doing make up & hair. The hotel had no area to hang out in if you didn't want to be in your room. Overall, disappointed
