The deluxe room was very spacious, clean, and relatively quiet. The furnished balcony was a great bonus - perfect for al fresco refreshment or hanging laundry to dry.

They have 24-hour reception service, which was super helpful as our flight got delayed, and we eventually arrived at the hotel at 3 am. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only not-that-great thing is that it's located opposite to a bar, which can be quite noisy at night if your room is facing that side.

The room was a good size, clean, and modern. Almost perfect stay but it was very loud at night time the hotel is in shape of a foyer so noise from when guest who are playing music/talking with windows open was echoed through the whole building.

It's a nice and modern hotel in the historic center, very close to all the things you need as a tourist. The area is very quiet at night, as there are tons of shops that are closed. My deluxe room was very big and cleaned daily. Overall, a great experience.

I booked a room for only 1 day and the price in the app was ok, but when I arrived at the hotel, the amount charged was different and I asked them why they were charging more than it was listed, they said I probably book this somewhere else and they didn’t want to charge me what it was listed in this app. So I had to pay the additional amount just to stay a night here, next day I was flying back to the US. The place it’s nice, it’s located in a good area. Unfortunately I gave them 3 stars this time because they charged me more when I booked this in advanced.

Customer service is great, rooms are clean, and the location is great. I'm giving it four stars because the room we stayed in didn't have WiFi. They provided us with two different ID connections but the signal was too weak. After we moved to a different room the next day, we didn't have the same problem.

It is perfect if you are in and out of your room, Wi-Fi wasn’t accessible in the room area, towels arrived 1 day late had to ask twice. Check in was Super easy and lobby area is very comfortable they held our bags till we were ready to leave to the airport on the day of departure. It is a very noisy area not far from the zocalo. People and cars are none stop. Not an area for a light sleeper. Overall 5 stars and will be returning.
